Become a Vendor

Sugar Beet Food Co-op partners with vendors who share our commitment to quality food, transparency, and community impact. We prioritize products that are well-made, responsibly sourced, and competitively priced within their category. We review new vendors on a rolling basis based on category needs and product fit.

Basic Requirements

Before submitting, please ensure your products meet the following:

Retail-ready packaging (unless sold in bulk)

Full ingredient transparency and required allergen labeling

Scannable UPCs on all products (unless pre-approved)

Ability to provide sell sheets, pricing, and product samples

Compliance with all applicable licensing and food safety regulations

What We Look For

Strong product quality and differentiation

Alignment with co-op values and customer demand

Operational feasibility (delivery, shelf life, ordering)

Competitive pricing within category
